Winter I Youth League start dates: 

U6 - U10 Teams = Weekend of Nov 5/6 
U11 - U13 Teams = Weekend of Nov 12/13 
U14 & HS Teams = Week of Nov 14th 

**Futsal team fee is $545, plus $9 referee fee per game (no card fees, but we need waivers signed). 3 v 3 team fee is $325, plus $9 per game ref fee (no card fees, but we need waivers signed). 
**If enough teams register in your age group, we will try and break U9-U14 leagues into two skill sets: Argentina (Gold-level) & Brazil (Silver-level). Please note which division on your reg form. Top teams should play `up` one year. 
**Once registration closes, schedules are being made, so we cannot reschedule games at that point. 

**To complete your registration packet we need the completed registration form and $100 non-refundable deposit (no credit cards). Either mail to address on reg form, turn into front desk weeknights post 5:45pm or slide under PF front door in envelope 24/7.
